Coconut Crusted Tilapia

  There is a lot of controversy over farm raised Tilapia.  Especially ones raised in China and Taiwan where pollution is a problem and there are fewer regulations.  Publix carries Tilapia from Thailand which could still be an issue with pollution.   I would recommend buying from Whole Foods or ask your local fish purveyor…

Thai Coconut Soup with Chicken and Shrimp
